  • Warranty

    Chillin Air Conditioning Units have a One Year Warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing defects on Electrical parts and WiFi dongle. Electricity fluctuations after installation are not included in the warranty. If defective, please contact our regional office or authorized distributor.

    The warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage due to mishandling or abuse and becomes invalid if repair has been attempted by unauthorized persons.

    An additional limited warranty of 3 years is offered for the compressor of the unit. After one year and up to three years, the defective compressor will be replaced once free of cost and only service charges will be levied.

  • Return Policy

    Items may be returned within seven days of purchase once packaging has not been opened.
